Thursday while testifying before the House Armed Services Committee on the U.S. strategy against ISIS, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said because of their extreme brutality ISIS poses a "significantly worse," threat then America has seen ever before from the Middle East.
And now they're re-allied with al-Qaeda.

ReplyDeleteAnd, yes, I am aware of Diane West's 2007 lament, The Death of the Grown Up which is really a call to arms in support of Israel. Grown ups don't fight wars. Since wars began grownups have been brainwashing youngsters to fight them. What is a grown up cause anyhow? One that you agree with? Maybe you don't like blue jeans or men in shorts. Perhaps you don't like the next guy's tastes or the size of his wallet or the limits of his vanity and prestige. That is so prototypicaly Juden.

Equating a difference in tastes in clothing with the difference between the Judeo-Christian worldview and a savage ideology that enslaves women, bans music and increases its influence by means of terror is most definitely not a sign of a grownup.
Millions of fellow Americans get beheaded? Simply aint gonna happen. I do wish, as you do, that our President had not clandestinely released 5 known terrorists for 1 deserter who has not even come home yet. Unblinking understandings of human nature do not cut it when we look at the costs or war after what happened in the 20th century. There is the real maturity, avoiding such immature ways of solving things as heinous wars with all the "collateral" damage they have caused since that has been off the grown ups table since WW I and gets worse and worse. I know it isn't so why does Diane West do so? Anyhow, it aint your business what they do, that's a grown up attitude: live and let live. Also, to Israel I say, fight your own battles. Be grown ups!

Did Hagel say millions of Americans would get beheaded? I am a grown up, I can read the news which tells me we are going in. What more do you want? I know, it probably wont be enough for you which is why your ilk frightens me like a little child.
