ISIS has no doubt that it's war

Another Western hostage gets his head lopped off on video.  A Brit, David Haines, a service-and-relief worker.

The executioner holds a knife to his throat and begins a cutting motion before the camera fades out.

When it fades back in, the footage appears to show the head of Mr Haines on his decapitated body.

The corpse is surrounded by blood.

The executioner, believed to be Jihadi John, then speaks to the camera.

In a deep voice, and with a London accent, he says: "This British man has to the pay the price for your promise Cameron to arm the Peshmerga against the Islamic State ironically he has spent a decade of his life serving under the same Royal Air Force that is responsible for delivering those arms.

"Your evil alliance with America which continues to strike the Muslims of Iraq and most recently bombed the haditha dam will only accelerate your destruction and playing the role of the obedient lapdog Cameron will only drag you and your people into another bloody and un-winable war."

As he's speaking, the executioner gesticulates to the camera and is waiving a knife.

Is it appropriate to be furious yet?  Is urgency called for yet?
