Americans For Prosperity president Tim Phillips, writing at USA Today, writes about the next wave of cancellations - actually two waves: individuals, and small businesses.

John Hayward at Breitbart notes that even those with nicely subsidized plans are reluctant to use them because of astronomical deductibles.
Ted Cruz was spot on in the summer of 2013. There was nothing wrong with his position, he just couldn't get a critical mass of his Hill colleagues to believe that repeal was "realistic."
