Second apology phone call in as many days

After having to call Erdogan in Turkey to do damage control over remarks that sure did look like he was publicly being dismissive of other countries' roles in addressing the IS threat, loosed-mouthed Uncle Joe - who was referred to somewhere I saw today as the Most Equal Comrade's impeachment insurance - had to likewise make amends with the crown prince of the UAE.
