When CNN's Dana Bash pointed out that House Pubs were perfectly willing to pass a bill freeing up HHS money for kids with cancer, asking if it wouldn't be laudable if it could help one kid, Senator Reid replied, Why would we want to do that?" and then proceeded to call her "irresponsible and reckless."
