There is this cop down in Orlando who retired after he was arrested and charged with rape and confinement of a suspect. At issue in his trial was his pension of 52K a year for the rest of his life which could be another 30-40 years since he was in his mid 50s. He was acquitted. He gets his pension. Sounds like you want to be a bit harsher on public officials, eh? Well I don't think what Lois Lerner allegedly did or did not do rises to the level of denying her her pension, but apparently you do, no?
