The out-of-pocket expenses - co-pays, deductibles, premiums - are going to be high indeed.

  1. It is certainly incumbent upon Obama to see to it that this works. I has to work. Of course if it doesn't I will be in there howling with you but likely not really with you because your cackling will be so loud you will not hear what I am saying. Hey, larger co-pays mean nothing to the uninsured. You want us to pay as much as can be gotten out of us, dontcha?

  6. So all these accounts we're hearing from California, Tennessee, Kentucky, Colorado are false? Some of them involve visual documentation of cancellation notices or letters announcing huge jumps in premiums.
