Let's head off at the pass any racial demagoguing in the case of the Garner death

Consider, for instance, the demographic makeup of the police sergeant who saw it all go down:

Lost in the racial outcry over the decision to not indict white police officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Black petty criminal Eric Garner is the key fact that the attempt to arrest Garner was overseen by a Black female police sergeant.

The Black female police sergeant is not shown in the countless replays in the media of cellphone footage that showed white male police officers confronting and taking down Garner but she is said to be seen in the video.

How about if we all, right this very microsecond, all of us across this vast nation, permit ourselves to knock if off with racial narratives, and look at things like law enforcement incidents as individual situations to be investigated on the unique factors involved?  We could do it, just like we could seal our border, approve the Keystone ZL pipeline, defund Freedom-Hater-care. Whaddya say, everybody?  Let's just bust the move, take the leap.
