An interesting debate today in the House Judiciary Committee

It was on whether the MEC's cherry-picking of which laws and provisions of laws to enforce or ignore is turning regulatory agencies into a de facto fourth branch of government and marginalizing Congress. Interesting input from various legal experts, and the Committee members themselves predictably divided up according to whether they were Freedom-Haters or normal people.
