The Most Equal Comrade added 18 more items of proof that he disdains the country he presides over on his Asia trip

Here they are:

  1. There are still too many poor children in the United States
  2. Too many children in America are not getting enough to eat
  3. Despite America's wealth, we’re not providing sufficient educational resources in poor communities
  4. America lacks the “political will” to help poor inner cities that have suffered discrimination.
  5. Americans are “lazy” in thinking we don’t need to learn about foreign nations.
  6. Colin Kapernack is justified protesting the National Anthem, as the NFL star is raising “real, legitimate issues” about things America needs to be talked about.
  7. America suffers from racism, conflicts between ethnic groups, and discrimination against immigrants.
  8. Criticisms of America being imperfect and having problems with racism discrimination are accurate.
  9. America still has “situations where women are not treated equally.”
  10. America “didn't think through” our policy in Vietnam War, as dropping cluster bombs proved counterproductive to "winning hearts and minds."
  11. America’s treatment of Native Americans was “tragic.”
  12. America “struggled to stay true” to our founding ideal that all men are created equal.
  13. When the environment is destroyed in America, it’s because the private sector is being “lazy."
  14. The United States is still to this day learning how to develop industry without destroying the environment.
  15. Due to industrialization, America “used to have terrible pollution … everywhere.”
  16. America’s role in the Vietnam war led to mass displacement of people from their homes.
  17. America dropped more bombs on Laos than on Germany and Japan during World War II … more than 2 million bombs … “the bombs fell like rain.” More bombs, he said on several occasions, were dropped on Laos per capita than anywhere else in the world.
  18. We bombed the “simple homes” of civilians in Laos. “Villages and entire allies were obliterated.” The ancient Plain of Jars “was devastated.” Countless civilians were killed.

  2. 19. The environmental devastation will last for centuries. --Mr. Dings

  3. So what? An actual president of the United States, a president who actually understood how essential American leadership on the world stage is, and therefore how essential it is for the United States to be respected, would not say these things. And it's been a pattern over the last eight years, going back to the 2009 Apology Tour.

  4. Even though Operation Ranch Hand ended nearly 40 years ago, it has continued to have ongoing environmental impacts not only in Vietnam but in other areas around the world where the herbicides were used, tested, stored or manufactured: from Da Nang, Vietnam, to Gulfport, MS; and from Midland, MI, to New Brunswick, Canada. In Vietnam, the impacts on the ecosystem are still visible, especially in the heavily sprayed mountainous regions along where the Ho Chi Minh trail was located. In addition, high levels of TCDD dioxin from the 2,4,5-T can still be found in the areas that were frequently sprayed, where the herbicides were stored and loaded onto planes, where large spills took place or where the manufacturing process resulted in dioxin leaching into the surrounding areas and transported downstream.

While considering the entire impact of Agent Orange on the Vietnamese environment, one can recall Senator Robert Kennedy’s warning about the Johnson Administration's requested troop surge following the 1968 Tet Offensive. “At the end of it all,” the Senator famously foretold, “…they may say, as Tacitus said of Rome: ‘They made a desert, and called it peace.’”

  5. The Asians know, so what? You should be happy that it has now been said. But I'd guess the Asians say this is an anomaly and the next white hope will again be our despair.....

  6. I had a conversation with a hot Bosnian girl, my daughter's age (31) who works in her father's European restaurant and grocery. She hates Trump and gave a middle finger sign. She said Obama helped them and a girl can tell when a man is telling the truth. Amen.....

  7. Surveys show many parents don't tell their kids about their pasts and hide their vices from them. However I am not among them. You won't catch Mr. Dings acting holier than thou?! Perhaps it's still an adolescent fixation on phoniness. Admitting America's shortcomings and not hiding our blemishes to me is crucial in moving forward towards international forgiveness and understanding and getting rogue states to do the same.

  8. The Bosnian girl has a lovely family, dad and mom who started the store, and a beautiful sister. She said she grew up a refugee in Germany and when they kicked all the Bosnians out they had nowhere to go until we let them come over here. She found community college here stifling and boring (they used coloring books to teach geography when she had had to memorize all the little rivers and creeks and other landmarks in dozens of countries Americans have never even heard of. She says her observation is that many Americans she comes across are indeed lazy in thinking they dont need to learn about other countries. I told her she was smarter than them and asked her how many languages she speaks. She said 3. Face the truth, bloggie.

  9. Re: Agent Orange: How were we supposed to root out the enemy?

Re: the Bosnian girl: Maybe she doesn't know about the $19 trillion in debt, the failure of the "A"CA, the executive overreach with regard to immigration and the EPA, the overseas apologies for America, the Justice Department getting involved in local law-enforcement matters, the overt drive to bankrupt the coal industry, the race-hustling (beer summit, "if I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon,"), the bringing of known criminals (rap stars) to the White House, is long past association with radical socialist groups.

  10. Even if there is anything to the Bosnian's observations - a big if, as it's a sweeping generalization - it's still shameful beyond excuse for a US president to say such things on an official overseas visit.
