What, again, is the point of the UN's existence?

In a world currently beset by Russian expansionism, European instability, Chinese aggression in the Pacific, a nuclear-armed and utterly mad regime in North Korea, a Syrian civil war, an Iranian nuke program, and several failed states in northern Africa, Ban Ki Moon thinks the EU should make "climate change" its first priority.

  3. The ole JFK idealism is alive if not well in ole Ban.

"In 1962, Ban won an essay contest sponsored by the Red Cross and earned a trip to the United States where he lived in San Francisco with a host family for several months. As part of the trip, Ban met U.S. President John F. Kennedy. When a journalist at the meeting asked Ban what he wanted to be when he grew up, he said, "I want to become a diplomat."

  6. Which means what, another war, come on man, think avoidance. Haven't we learned something from the last big one and all the little ones since? War really seems to work for you, doesn't it?
