There may not be a political solution. Not that those who oppose the killing of helpless dependent babies in the womb shoul cease their tireless political efforts to again criminalize this killing in America but they must continue to teach by example, not edict, for hearts, minds and souls are usually won that way. Invisible hand(s?) apply as much to moral activity perhaps even more than in the economic realm.
