Having absorbed the lessons of that rough teacher, experience, Europe backs away from green foolishness
The European Commission will no longer issue guidelines for emission controls and renewable energy and all such hooey. The continent will now welcome fracking, too.
Well, clearly the state does not control industrial pollution outputs like we have been doing here since the late 60s. So market competition going way back to this time in our history is what got us cleaner air here stateside, eh? I am not convinced at all.
Ironicly, a communist country like China can show us what the absence of emission controls leads to. Just google images for a pyrric photo show.
ReplyDeleteIndustry in China is under state control. If market competition were introduced, you'd see cleaner air.
