Rick Moran, who writes for PJ Media and The American Thinker, and who bugs me more than he impresses me, owing to his inclination toward centrism, nonetheless nails it today with a warning that Fred Upton's Keep You Plan Act and similar measures being kicked around in Congress make it harder for Pubs in 2014 to still speak of repeal of FHer-care.
Don't give the slightest appearance of owning anything about it, Pubs. Let the country see it fail, and keep your repeal bona fides intact.
