Blasey added that the ordeal had been tough for both families.The encounter immediately caused a stir at the close-knit private golf club as staff and members shared the news. The conversation between the two men echoed a letter that Blasey had previously sent to the elder Kavanaugh. Neither man returned requests for comment about the exchanges.

Please do not infer that I am not a Constitutionalist because all judges should be, though of course laws are thoroughly debatable and reasonable minds can differ, but this conversation, in the absence of confirmation from the conversationalists, is total hearsay and, in addition to never being admissable as evidence in a court of law, the reportage of same is also a transgression of journalistic ethics.

Delete3rd hand reportage is weak indeed. Until one or both of the conversants comes forward, I will not believe. Why does it really matter anyhow at this juncture, other than rolling in barnyard political manure?

The whole foul, stinking, evil setup was an attempt to portray Kavanaugh as some kind of privileged white Christian kid with an arrogant swagger to him. It was a complete lie.
