I guess we shouldn't find this latest move from the post-American State Department - from whence we got the reset button, the hashtag-Stand-United-With-Ukraine sign held by a beaming Jen Psaki, and, of course, nuclear patty-cake with the most menacing nation on earth - surprising, but it is noteworthy.
