I guess he's striving at some coherent point here, but it takes some parsing.
VSG, if you're talking about the ridiculousness of EPA rules, it could be done with half the verbiage. Leave out the digressions into your vanity and the steel industry.
It must take a lot of patience to deal with this guy directly on a daily basis.
