When unserious people are in charge of serious things

The regime's five-year plan for where it will - and won't - permit drilling is a joke.  The rest of the world's oil producers are making great money from increased demand, and we're still tied to some scaredy-cat green vision.

By transforming America, the MEC meant bringing it to its knees.

  1. Guess it boils down to those who think the BP disaster's effects are over (serious) and those who don't (unserious). Or is that money grubbers (serious) vs. the skeptical (unserious)? The ole us/them dichotomy. Of course you wear the white hat.

  3. Just sayin' and I will give credit to the author of the article who recognizes the reasons for reticence, the BP spill was pretty much of a mind blower, that's all. It behooves us to be careful, very careful.

  4. No argument there. But being careful in our production of normal-people energy is a whole different critter from signing on to windmills, solar panels and Chevy Volts.
