After coming in for a hefty dose of derision and mentions of the highly regulated economic atmosphere of airport dining areas and explanations of the basics of supply and demand, she doubled down:

By the way, her degree is in international relations. She merely took some economics courses in the pursuit of that. Mind you, that's not an excuse, but it doesn't put Boston University in quite as bad a light.
