But this tidbit merits our attention as well:
Speaking of Loretta Lynch: A conservative-leaning watchdog group sued the FBI Friday after the law enforcement agency ignored a Freedom of Information Act request for records related to the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Judicial Watch filed a FOIA on July 7 for documents that included "all records related to the meeting between Attorney General Lynch and former President Bill Clinton on June 27, 2016." Bill Clinton and Lynch met privately on a Phoenix tarmac in the final days of the email probe after they said their jets unexpectedly landed near each other. While both parties claimed the meeting was purely social in nature, their visit sparked a fierce backlash among critics who accused Bill Clinton of attempting to tilt the outcome of the investigation in favor of his wife.
So this is the regime that we will be continuing for the next four years at least?Attorney General Loretta Lynch is declining to comply with an investigation by leading members of Congress about the Obama administration’s secret efforts to send Iran $1.7 billion in cash earlier this year, prompting accusations that Lynch has “pleaded the Fifth” Amendment to avoid incriminating herself over these payments, according to lawmakers and communications exclusively obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) and Rep. Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) initially presented Lynch in October with a series of questions about how the cash payment to Iran was approved and delivered. In an Oct. 24 response, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik responded on Lynch’s behalf, refusing to answer the questions and informing the lawmakers that they are barred from publicly disclosing any details about the cash payment, which was bound up in a ransom deal aimed at freeing several American hostages from Iran.
Yeah, we already heard about your ilk's vow to not only block any Supreme Court nominee from someone not of your ilk and that you will rag on for another four years. OK, bring it on big babies!
ReplyDeleteI would like to see due process play out on this. Hillie ain't goin' down without a fight. Very weird that the beleaguered FBI Director sent a letter to the Republican henchmen in the House. Show us some more of your big boy prosecutorial stuff Trey baybee!
ReplyDelete“It is extraordinary that we would see something like this just 11 days out from a presidential election,” said John Podesta, the chairman of Clinton’s presidential campaign. “The Director owes it to the American people to immediately provide the full details of what he is now examining. We are confident this will not produce any conclusions different from the one the FBI reached in July.”
You should know all about due process, right? Let's roll. Again. Hope she doesn't wuss out like Tricky Dick did. I want to hear ALL the evidence and see all the beady-eyed players in this. Trump's daughter-in-law says her rich daddy in law forced Comey's hand. What a powerful asshole. But we knew that.
How long do you think it will take for the arrest, trial and conviction? Don't underestimate now, as your ilk is prone to do with projected costs and timelines for your wars. Haven't you seen & heard? People do fight back.
ReplyDeleteGlad you recognize that this is war. The Democrat party must be disemboweled so it is unable to destroy what is left - such as that is - of America.
ReplyDeleteGo read some more stolen mail and take it out of context too.
ReplyDeleteI can't foresee any Supreme Court nominee in a BleachBit administration who would revere the Constitution and human freedom.
ReplyDeleteIf it is disemboweled it will be through due process through the courts of this land. Godspeed to ya!
ReplyDeleteYou're fringe, man, way way out there now.
ReplyDeleteYep, I recognize a preemptive attack when I see it.
ReplyDeleteJust go ahead and vote for the demon. He's just another outgrowth of the Tea Party which you constantly defended, although you (along with the rest of the country apparently) have soured on their Queen Bee Palin. Your ilk is the rough beast that slouches towards everywhere, in the name of traditional values.
Authoritarianism, they write, “is fundamentally motivated by desire for order, support for authorities seen as best able to secure that order against a variety of threats to social cohesion … to stave off the chaos that often appears to be just around the corner. Emanating from such a conception is a suspicion of ideas that appear to pose a threat to such authorities and of groups that may, by their very nature, unravel the social fabric.” Trump’s ostracization of immigrants and Muslims, his demonization of the “rigged” media and elections, and his law-and-order battle cry of “I alone can fix it” aren’t just brilliant rhetoric—they’re the stuff of democratic nightmares.

Who said I was going to vote for Trump?
